BRISKET + SSAM PARTY

Brisket is a Texan delicacy, but as much as we loved the juicy, tender, melt-in-your-mouth flavors offered by Pecan Lodge, Hutchin’s, or Franklin’s, we could never eat too much of it (or too often) because it’s so rich and heavy.

That’s why we decided to try pairing brisket with ssam, a traditional Korean dish where you wrap meat and various sides with leafy veggies, typically with marinated galbi or porkbelly….
